You may have caught glimpses of the MAX in coverage out of Türkiye. This is different. This is the official U.S. launch — and these guns are being manufactured right here in Jacksonville, Florida.
Nobody has built more magazine-fed shotguns than Derya. The DY12 and its siblings have run in matches, in the field, and in duty use around the world. All that experience taught us one thing above everything else: the magazine is the number-one source of reliability issues on mag-fed shotguns — even on high-end guns.
So we didn’t tweak an existing model. We started over. The MAX is an entirely new, proprietary platform — a purpose-built competition and defense shotgun designed around solving that problem, with nothing else like it on the market.

The MAX demands precision manufacturing, so production will intentionally stay more limited than our other models. We will not compromise quality to chase volume. When September allocations hit dealers, they will not sit long.

The Derya MAX ships beginning in September through authorized dealers nationwide. Factory Exclusive builds — the 20” model plus ODG, FDE, and Black Cherry finishes, each shipping with the DTAKTICAL red dot optic and 6 magazines included — are available direct from Derya only.
