At the heart of Derya’s operations lies our flagship Beysehir factory, a sprawling 240,000-square-foot complex that supplies critical components to our Jacksonville facility. Dustin starts the tour outside, highlighting the impressive scale before stepping inside to explore over 140 CNC machines, quality control areas, and on-site testing ranges. This facility embodies our global commitment to quality, now mirrored in our USA operations.

Building on our success, the Konya factory represents our forward-thinking approach to expansion and innovation. This 250,000-square-foot site currently occupies only 20% of its space, allowing for future scaling. Dustin explores mold design, injection molding, and rapid prototyping areas, all of which feed directly into our Jacksonville operations. Plans to add 40 CNC machines underscore our commitment to growth and quality.

Completing the series, Dustin visits the Parantez factory, home to our renowned lever action line.
