Derya Arms Clarifies Ownership and Long-Established Strategic Relationship with Parantez R&D Defense

Jacksonville, FL – Derya Arms today issued a statement to clarify its ownership and well-established relationship with Parantez R&D Defense (Parantez Arge-Savunma), confirming that Parantez is now a fully integrated part of the Derya group of companies through Derya’s ownership stake.

Parantez has maintained dedicated operations for many years as a specialized Turkish manufacturer renowned for precision lever-action rifles and side-by-side shotguns. Derya Arms, which operates multiple factories in Turkey as well as its U.S. factory in Jacksonville, Florida, recognized the strong manufacturing alignment and formed a strategic partnership through which Derya acquired ownership in Parantez, bringing it fully into the Derya group.

Derya Arms holds ownership interests in multiple specialized companies in the firearms industry. This approach allows the group to align goals and operations across highly specialized segments while preserving each company’s unique expertise and craftsmanship.

Discussions regarding U.S. importation and distribution spanned several years and predated Derya’s own brand establishment in the American market. When earlier independent importation plans did not advance, Derya assumed full control over the process. With no established Parantez brand presence in the United States at the time, the companies elected to market these exceptional firearms exclusively under the Derya name. This ensures unified quality standards, streamlined distribution, and a consistent experience for U.S. customers.

The integration provides Derya with end-to-end quality control while leveraging Parantez’s generational expertise in these unique platforms. The company continues to expand its lineup, with the EX1400 now available and many additional new models currently in development and being brought on board.
