Jacksonville, FL — Derya Arms, a firearms manufacturer with operations in Jacksonville, Florida and Türkiye, today announced the appointment of Keebler Rockwell as its new Business Development Director.
As Derya Arms began operations in January 2025, Keebler Rockwell is a strong fit to support the company’s rapid expansion and growth trajectory. In this role, Rockwell will drive direct OEM sales, lead military and law enforcement business development, manage the authorized dealer program, oversee U.S. trade shows and events, and execute key special projects. He will be based remotely in the Nashville, Tennessee area while collaborating closely with the company’s Jacksonville headquarters and factory and Türkiye factories.

Rockwell joins Derya Arms with extensive experience in sales strategy, relationship management, and operational excellence in competitive industries. His responsibilities span direct OEM sales, military and law enforcement channel development, the full authorized dealer program, U.S. trade show presence, and high-priority special projects. He will report directly to the President and Vice President.
